WHAT PHASE 5 PROVIDES:
A new balcony extending out to the next roof truss
The hall stays the same size
Access from the foyer (Phase 3)
Fire exit(s) compliant with current standards
ON THE FIRST FLOOR:
A meeting room about 28 feet square
A kitchen 13.5 feet x 9 feet for light refreshments
A small store
Access is available from the foyer
The meeting room is separated from the hall by a glazed screen
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Access to hall from foyer
An office about 15 feet x 9 feet
A store about 15 feet x 10.5 feet (chairs etc.)
Access is available from the foyer
Stairs to first floor
